HSE Advisor

About the role

Pact Group is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support its Ingleburn and Moorebank manufacturing sites. Reporting to the Regional HSE Manager, you will work closely with site leaders and frontline teams to improve health, safety, environmental and sustainability performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support site leaders in implementing and maintaining HSE policies, standards and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits and risk reviews, ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Provide practical HSE advice, coach leaders and frontline staff, and verify effectiveness of critical controls.
• Lead or support incident investigations, analysis, reporting and lessons‑sharing across sites.
• Develop and deliver training to strengthen HSE awareness and capability.
• Monitor and analyse site and portfolio‑level HSE performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven HSE experience in an Australian manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation, environmental and sustainability regulations.
• Ability to organise competing priorities based on risk and business need.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly between sites.
