HR Partner – Builder Experience Team (ANZ)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Partner to join the Builder Experience Team (BeXT) supporting AWS across Australia and New Zealand. In this high‑visibility position you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and builders, handling complex people matters, data‑driven culture insights, and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and consult leaders on performance management, talent reviews, retention, and people development.
• Manage employee relations cases end‑to‑end, including workplace investigations.
• Provide high‑judgement guidance through ambiguous and sensitive situations.
• Champion inclusion, culture sentiment, and the overall leader experience.
• Influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Promote self‑service adoption to reduce transactional workload.
• Mentor HR professionals and contribute to global HR projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of HR generalist or HR Business Partner experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong judgement, ownership, and autonomy.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior executives.
• Proven experience in employee relations, including handling difficult situations.
