About the role

The G’day Group is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented HR Advisor to join its People & Culture team. This fast‑paced, hands‑on position acts as the operational engine of HR, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR reporting across a national network of holiday parks.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide operational and overflow support to HR Business Partners in recruitment, onboarding and employee‑relations matters.
  • Manage day‑to‑day HR tasks such as inbox queries, reporting, documentation and HR system updates.
  • Assist with employee‑relations processes including probation reviews, performance management and investigations.
  • Support leadership development programmes, training initiatives and learning‑and‑development activities.
  • Oversee sponsorship, visa processes and related compliance requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports and deliver insights to aid decision‑making.
  • Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing and continuous‑improvement projects.

  • Strong customer‑service mindset with pride in supporting colleagues.

Required skills

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
