Healthcare Consulting – Consultant to Senior Director

About the role

FTI Consulting is expanding its health and human services practice in Brisbane and is seeking candidates with 2‑10 years of experience in transformation, clinical operations, digital health, or healthcare data & analytics. Roles range from Consultant to Senior Director, offering the chance to work on high‑impact projects that shape the future of healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and manage client engagements, preparing presentations, reports and quantitative analysis within agreed timelines.
• Support business development by creating proposals, pitches, thought‑leadership pieces and case studies.
• Coach and mentor junior staff, delegate tasks and ensure quality deliverables.

Required profile

• 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, professional services, think‑tank, university or public sector.
• Ability to travel within Australia when required and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with data analytics and visualisation tools such as Alteryx, Power BI or Tableau.
