Graphic Designer & Content Creator (12‑month contract)

About the role

QinetiQ is seeking a Graphic Designer & Content Creator to support its corporate communications on a 12‑month parental‑leave cover basis. Working under the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, you will help produce engaging visual and digital assets for internal and external audiences across Adelaide, Canberra or Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

• Provide creative input and design advice to ensure high‑quality visual outcomes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop on‑brand content for digital, print and internal channels.
• Deliver end‑to‑end projects including graphic design, illustration, photography, video and digital assets.
• Interpret briefs, incorporate feedback and manage approvals throughout the design process.
• Ensure all content aligns with QinetiQ’s narrative, brand purpose, vision and values.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors when required.

• Able to translate complex, technical concepts into clear, engaging content.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
