Graphic Designer & Brand Assistant

About the role

Spendless is seeking a creative Graphic Designer & Brand Assistant to join its Brand team. You will work across several well‑known Australian footwear brands, creating and executing visual assets for digital, retail and brand channels. The role offers a fast‑paced environment where your designs will directly influence brand perception and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build EDMs for all brands
• Create and maintain internal communications, including The Rundown
• Adapt campaign and sale assets for paid media
• Develop event graphics and content overlays
• Design website assets such as homepage banners, tiles and mega menus
• Produce internal documents (team directories, policies, presentations, certificates)
• Create light in‑store signage and shopping‑centre hoardings
• Assist with wholesale lookbooks and brand collateral
• Perform ad‑hoc retouching/editing of eCommerce imagery
• Liaise with printers and external suppliers
• Support shoot and event preparation, package influencer and PR parcels
• Assist with campaign reporting and manage the marketing inbox
• Update and maintain the marketing calendar and related administrative tasks

Required profile

• Highly organised with strong time‑management skills
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Team player willing to jump in wherever needed
• Degree in Graphic Design preferred but not essential
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
