About the role

As a Graduate Consultant in the Transport, Water, Environment and Land team in Perth, you will contribute to projects that shape transport and urban planning strategies, working alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable, people‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex transport and urban planning challenges, shaping strategy and guiding decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated land‑use and transport solutions.
• Contribute to urban design and movement integration initiatives.
• Prepare client presentations, reports and support stakeholder coordination.
• Provide clear, practical insights to improve outcomes and support sustainable, resilient solutions.
• Apply data analysis and critical thinking to assess performance and impact.

Required profile

• Relevant qualifications and experience in transport planning, urban design or urban and regional planning.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Strategic thinking with the capacity to challenge assumptions.
