Full-Time Back of House Assistant

About the role

JD Sports is looking for an energetic Full‑Time Back of House Assistant to support store operations at its Macquarie location. You will work across a rostered schedule from Sunday to Thursday, handling stock from delivery to the sales floor while ensuring a fast, accurate, and efficient service for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, process, label and store merchandise in the back‑of‑house area.
• Maintain order, tidiness and safety of the stockroom, preventing damage and loss.
• Assist the sales team by locating and delivering requested footwear styles and sizes to the shop floor with urgency.
• Ensure products are correctly priced, tagged and displayed.
• Replenish stock on the shop floor, keeping all size ranges available.
• Support the Back of House Manager/Supervisor in meeting KPI targets.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality or a similar environment.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong organisational abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing setting.
• Willingness to work the specified roster (Sunday‑Thursday).
