About the role
The CFO is seeking a Financial Controller who values autonomy and wants to lead the financial accounting side of the finance team. You will manage financial reporting and drive change across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage financial reporting and ensure accurate, timely delivery.
- Lead a risk and control review, then implement and test new structures, controls and reporting processes.
- Drive cultural and mindset change within the finance team and the broader business.
- Work closely with the Financial Planning and Analysis function and provide commercial input.
Required profile
- CA or CPA qualified.
- Proven experience managing a large finance team and getting the best from them.
- Strong ability to identify, plan and execute change initiatives, taking people on the journey.
