Fashion, Watches and Fine Jewellery Showroom Executive

About the role

Chanel is seeking an experienced Showroom Executive to join the Fashion, Watches and Fine Jewellery Communications team. The role is responsible for coordinating all activities within the fashion showroom, ensuring a streamlined, organized environment that supports media relations, stylists, influencers and fashion editors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of the Fashion, Watches and Fine Jewellery press showroom.
• Manage local and international sample loan processes, handling logistics and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Approve and coordinate ad‑hoc product transfer requests and loans from retail stock and Chanel boutiques.
• Collaborate with the Senior Communications Manager on strategy, planning and forecasting for a 12‑month calendar.
• Negotiate and manage qualitative editorial placements and agreements.
• Assist in planning and executing brand‑facing local events, collection previews and product launches.
• Respond to media enquiries in line with local PR strategy and global guidelines.
• Prepare FWFJ documents for meetings, shoots, appointments and press trips.
• Build and strengthen relationships with media, fashion editors, journalists, influencers and their agents.
• Proactively identify and nurture new key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the market.

Required profile

• Experience in showroom coordination, media relations or luxury fashion communications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, well‑organized showroom environment.
• Ability to work effectively with stylists, influencers, fashion editors and internal teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
