Events Assistant

About the role

White Fox is looking for an enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of internal and external brand events. You will work closely with event leads and cross‑functional teams to bring creative concepts to life and ensure seamless event delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events from concept to completion.
• Assist event leads with creative concepts and day‑of support for external brand events.
• Research, liaise with, and negotiate rates with venues, suppliers, and vendors.
• Maintain budget tracking, expense records, and event planning documentation.
• Manage inventory of event supplies and handle event‑related errands.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Creative teams to align events with brand messaging.

Required profile

• Can‑do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours and travel domestically or overseas as needed.
