EUC Support Engineer

About the role

Infosys is seeking an EUC Support Engineer to provide Level 2 support for end‑user computing environments in Perth, ensuring compliance with IT service management processes and meeting SLA commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for Windows PCs, Apple devices, mobile devices and peripherals, including troubleshooting OS, hardware and software issues.
• Deliver L1 support for desktop applications such as Outlook, MS Teams, Skype, SharePoint, MS Office, Zscaler and other COTS tools.
• Manage VPN, antivirus, VDI, printer configuration, re‑imaging, software deployment and patch management.
• Assist users with account issues, data and profile migrations, and perform tech‑bar support as required.
• Coordinate device lifecycle activities: delivery, collection, safe disposal and vendor liaison for mobile and Apple devices.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience supporting EUC devices in an IT infrastructure role.
• Strong customer service and vendor management skills.
• Ability to travel to satellite client offices and work with offshore teams.

Required skills

• Windows and macOS desktop support, mobile device management.
• ITIL‑based support processes and understanding of AD, DHCP, DNS.
• Experience with VPN, VDI, antivirus, re‑imaging, patching and software deployment tools.
• Hardware asset management and printer/scanner/fax support.
