About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on End User Support Technician to join a high‑performing team delivering Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support across Brisbane and remote sites. The role involves maintaining enterprise‑grade IT environments, troubleshooting a wide range of devices, and providing exceptional customer service to internal users.

Key responsibilities

  • Support enterprise IT devices, systems and infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, networks and AV hardware.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests using a ticketing platform (ServiceNow preferred).
  • Install, configure, monitor and maintain Windows 11 workstations and related software.
  • Perform upgrades, preventative maintenance and emergency support tasks.
  • Deploy hardware and software across user environments and assist with onboarding.
  • Provide on‑site support at Brisbane CBD and travel to remote sites as required.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, process improvements and ensure security/compliance standards are met.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years experience in desktop/PC support within an enterprise environment.
  • Current Australian Government NV1 security clearance (Australian citizen required).
  • Certificate‑level IT qualification or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver high‑quality service.
