Join APM Group’s Workforce Australia program in Redfern, NSW as an Employment Consultant, helping individuals prepare for and secure sustainable employment that can change their lives.

Key responsibilities

• Support participants to identify their strengths, overcome barriers and secure long‑term employment.
• Develop creative solutions and advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments.
• Build and maintain partnerships with employers committed to diversity and inclusion.
• Celebrate successful placements and provide ongoing encouragement and guidance.
