职位概况

我们在悉尼招聘全职调度协调员，负责处理出库订单、准备货运并为司机制定每日排班。该岗位隶属于全球500强物流公司UPS，提供在创新团队中成长的机会。

主要职责

扫描并调度货物，堆叠、包装托盘及执行其他仓库任务。
使用电脑及手工系统创建空运和陆运托运单。
在空运和海运码头办理货物的装卸。
协助装卸配送车辆，必要时完成送货。
与管理层合作，依据客户需求调整每日路线。
编制每日工作计划，提醒司机路况风险。
监控司机日志，检查错误、违规、工时及设备可用性。
处理进出口货运。

任职要求

2-3年仓储工作经验，具备快速节奏的客户服务经验。
持有有效的叉车操作证或愿意取得。
拥有仓储与配送I-II级证书或具备3PL仓库及货运代理经验者优先。
优秀的书面及口头沟通能力，能在压力下多任务处理。
具备良好的计划与组织能力。
通过国家警察背景检查。
