Digital Marketing Manager – Paid Media, CRM & Social

About the role

Shona Joy, an Australian premium fashion brand, is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive growth across paid media, CRM and organic social. You will lead acquisition, retention and engagement initiatives for domestic and international markets while collaborating closely with eCommerce, brand and creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimise paid media across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest and affiliate channels, driving profitable customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Own and evolve the CRM strategy across email, SMS and loyalty programmes, managing campaign calendars, lifecycle journeys and automated flows.
• Develop and execute organic social strategies on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn, overseeing content planning, publishing calendars and community engagement.
• Collaborate with brand, creative and e‑commerce teams to shape digital‑first storytelling, contribute to social‑first content planning and support campaign shoots.
• Analyse performance data, produce weekly and monthly reports, and provide actionable insights to optimise audience segmentation, creative performance and channel efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing within e‑commerce or fashion, with a commercial mindset.
• Strong ability to manage external agencies and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and a track record of delivering growth in domestic and international markets.
