Digital Communications Coordinator

About the role

DRW Entertainment is looking for a part‑time Digital Communications Coordinator to support national tour campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Tour Operations Coordinators, you will execute end‑to‑end digital marketing initiatives for internationally acclaimed artists.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing tour marketing across multiple tours and platforms.
• Prepare and schedule announcements on social media, gig guides, websites and email mailouts.
• Plan, build and run Meta advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, creative placement, copywriting, tracking and reporting.
• Analyse performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights and other platform analytics to provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and manage social media activity on all DRW Entertainment channels and maintain content calendars.
• Support broader marketing initiatives aimed at brand awareness and ticket sales.
• Monitor the company website and social channels, updating information as needed.
• Handle email and social media communications, including occasional evening, weekend work and travel.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within live music, entertainment or events.
• Proven proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and social media scheduling tools.
• Strong organisational, planning and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
