Customer Support Officer – Graduate Opportunity

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Make and take inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Respond to general enquiries and support customers through their application process.
• Assist with account enquiries, updates, and basic IT‑related troubleshooting.
• Record accurate customer information in the CRM and process payments.
• Handle requests related to withdrawals, cancellations and work towards agreed service targets.

Required profile

• Recently completed or near‑completion of a tertiary qualification (any discipline).
• Some customer service experience from hospitality, retail, contact centre or similar.
• Strong verbal and written communication, empathy and patience.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to follow processes and meet targets.

Required skills

• Accurate data entry and CRM usage.
• Basic problem‑solving and confidence using technology.
