Cropping Manager – Pallinup Aggregation

About the role

Wilga Farming Australia is seeking a Cropping Manager to lead day‑to‑day broadacre cropping operations across the Pallinup Aggregation in Gairdner, WA. This permanent, full‑time role focuses on delivering safe, efficient, and high‑quality cropping outcomes on a 4,416 ha arable estate.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all cropping activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and production targets.
• Maintain plant and equipment, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Plan and execute seasonal programmes for wheat, barley and canola.
• Lead and support the operational team, providing guidance and training.
• Act as the primary decision‑maker in the Aggregation Manager’s absence.
• Contribute to production planning, reporting and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in broadacre cropping management.
• Strong leadership abilities and a commitment to high standards.
• Ability to work in a structured, progressive farming environment.
• Willingness to reside and work onsite in regional Western Australia.
