Content Designer

About the role

ANZ is seeking a Content Designer to join its Business & Personal Banking team. You will help shape digital experiences for customers across the bank’s apps, internet banking and support channels, ensuring content is clear, consistent and aligned with the ANZ tone of voice.

Key responsibilities

• Write UX copy for the mobile app, internet banking platform and other authenticated channels.
• Create customer‑facing collateral such as email, mail, SMS and in‑app notifications.
• Collaborate with squads to guide content strategy and overall customer experience.
• Work with designers and journey experts to map journeys and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Enhance support content to provide clarity and consistency across the business.

Required profile

• Strong writer with proven experience delivering app content and a background in UX writing and content design.
• Demonstrated ability to lead content delivery within a design team and manage complex feature releases.
• Passion for producing clear, informative content that guides customers using open and honest language.

Required skills

• Digital copywriting experience, especially for mobile and web applications.
• Ability to simplify complex information into concise, customer‑focused messages.
