About the role
The Community Lead, APAC will strengthen relationships across the Managed Service Provider ecosystem and expand the organization’s presence throughout the Asia‑Pacific region. This remote‑first role combines community building, partner engagement, cybersecurity education, and strategic collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Lead regional community initiatives aligned with APAC business priorities.
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration with sales, marketing, account management and partner success teams.
- Represent partner perspectives and synthesize feedback for internal product, sales and marketing teams.
- Build a strong industry presence by attending APAC events, peer groups and external channel communities.
- Support revenue generation by connecting high‑potential MSP prospects with sales teams.
- Organize and facilitate in‑person and virtual educational programs on cybersecurity trends and business development.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with MSP owners, peer group leaders and industry stakeholders.
- Design creative partner experiences that strengthen loyalty and community.
- Manage multiple projects independently, prioritising competing demands.
Required profile
- At least five years of experience in community management, partner engagement or a related role within the MSP or broader channel industry.
- Strong understanding of MSP and channel business models and familiarity with the cybersecurity landscape.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, able to engage executive‑level partners.
- Proven relationship‑building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience developing and executing community initiatives, partner programs or educational events.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Proactive, collaborative and commercially minded approach.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time, including occasional trips to the United States.
