About the role
The Community Support Worker assists NDIS‑funded clients to achieve their personal goals, increase independence, and participate fully in the community. You will provide person‑centred care to individuals with disability and/or psychosocial needs.
Key responsibilities
- Accompany clients to social outings, shopping trips, GP or specialist appointments.
- Support daily living activities at clients' homes, including toileting, showering, dressing, light domestic duties, and meal preparation.
- Administer medication as required and liaise with families or client representatives.
Required profile
- Hold a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Clearance (within 12 months).
- Possess a current Western Australian driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and Working With Children Check.
- Demonstrate person‑centred care values, strong relationship‑building skills, and a commitment to teamwork.
Required skills
- Ability to safely administer medication.
- Competence in supporting activities of daily living and light domestic tasks.
