Client Care Advisor – Luxury Retail (Full-Time)

About the role

Join Tiffany & Co.'s Client Care Center in Sydney CBD as a Client Care Advisor, delivering the iconic Tiffany experience to online and retail customers across multiple channels. You will be the primary point of contact for sales, after‑sales support, and product care, helping clients discover and cherish fine jewellery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised service via phone, live chat, email, messaging and virtual consultations.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and service level goals.
• Manage client inquiries from eCommerce, retail stores and customer service teams, including new sales, after‑sales support and product care.
• Collaborate with Distribution Center, eCommerce, and store Client Advisors to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Build client loyalty by delivering high‑quality communication and identifying new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a client book, proactively reaching out to local clients to drive repeat purchases.

Required profile

• Experience in sales or service within retail, hospitality, call centre or multimodal communication environments.
• Methodical, efficient and able to multitask with strong organisational skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
