Chef - 3 Month Contract (NOBU, Melbourne)

About the role

Crown Resorts is looking for enthusiastic and reliable chefs to join its back-of-house teams at premium venues such as NOBU in Melbourne. This is a 3-month contract for full-time, casual or part-time chefs who must be available for a minimum of 3 to 4 shifts per week, including weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Follow HACCP and food safety protocols
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

Required profile

• Previous experience in a high-volume or premium commercial kitchen
• A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Availability to work casually or part-time on a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (required)
