Channel Account Manager – Australia/New Zealand

About the role
AVEVA is seeking a Channel Account Manager to drive growth across Australia and New Zealand through its partner network. Based in Brisbane, you will be the primary liaison for managed partners, ensuring they deliver AVEVA solutions effectively and meet contractual obligations.
Key responsibilities
- Own partner‑driven revenue growth in line with AVEVA’s partner and offer strategy.
- Serve as the main contract point for partners, adding value to sales engagements and positioning AVEVA offers confidently.
- Coordinate internal resources to support partner initiatives and resolve escalations.
- Monitor partner compliance with training, certifications, trade‑compliance and anti‑bribery policies.
- Develop and execute annual business plans with partners, including QBRs and performance analysis.
- Identify resource gaps within partner organisations and work with them to implement development plans.
- Publish monthly partner performance reports and recommend corrective actions.
Required profile
- Legal right to work in Australia (no relocation support provided).
- Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to craft customer‑focused commercial approaches.
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, including sales, presales, support and training functions.
- Excellent situational fluency within AVEVA’s programs, policies and organisational structure.
- Experience managing partner relationships, escalations and growth initiatives.
