Casual Registered Nurse – Aged Care (Multiple Sites)

About the role

Advantaged Care is seeking experienced Registered Nurses on a casual basis to provide high‑quality aged‑care services across several facilities in the Sydney region. You will work directly with residents to ensure their health, safety and wellbeing are maintained in a calm and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, assess, evaluate and deliver nursing care tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Document care activities accurately and maintain up‑to‑date patient records.
• Collaborate with the Director of Care, Clinical Care Coordinators and Facility Managers.
• Promote resident independence and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide coverage for shifts as required, ensuring continuity of care.

Required profile

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• 1‑2 years of registered nursing experience in aged‑care (preferred).
• Understanding of the eight new quality standards in aged care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to undergo police check, pre‑employment medical, drug test and required vaccinations.
