Casual Glow Assistant – Retail Beauty Store

About the role

Join the brand‑new atomica store in Rouse Hill as a Glow Assistant. You will be the friendly face of the store, helping customers discover beauty and wellbeing products after completing a 3‑4 week full‑time paid training programme.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, tailored customer service to every visitor.
• Assist customers in finding products, offering recommendations and highlighting new items.
• Process transactions at the register and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the store presentable.
• Support inventory tasks, including stock replenishment and register operations.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience with a focus on customer service.
• Genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and wellbeing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build genuine connections.
• Team‑player attitude and willingness to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays and late‑night shifts.

Required skills

• Experience operating a cash register or point‑of‑sale system.
• Basic inventory handling and stock replenishment.
• Ability to follow product knowledge training.
