Business Partner – Property Solutions

About the role

The Business Partner will translate ANZ's business strategy into effective property solutions, ensuring delivery meets the expectations of both customers and employees. You will guide business units to adopt innovative ideas, leverage data, and improve space utilisation and workplace experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage occupancy changes across all property streams, delivering on time, cost and quality targets.
• Collaborate with alliance partners to implement approved strategies within agreed parameters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Units to ensure property services exceed expectations.
• Proactively plan strategic property solutions, considering current and future business needs.
• Serve as the first point of contact for escalated issues or complaints from customers or staff.
• Liaise with stakeholders to keep accommodation data accurate in property databases and financial systems.
• Prepare regular portfolio reports with performance insights and recommendations.
• Manage project plans for investment activities and ensure capital works align with design guidelines and KPIs.
• Promote a collaborative culture that supports teamwork, performance excellence and personal success.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of property management and real‑estate principles.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable property solutions.
