Business Manager

About the role

As a Business Manager in the Inclusive Employment Australia team, you will lead a group of Employment Consultants across the Richmond Region of NSW, delivering life‑changing employment outcomes for job seekers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire Employment Consultants to exceed performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with Inclusive Employment Australia contractual obligations.
• Build strong relationships with local employers, community groups and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report site performance, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and high‑performing team culture.

Required profile

• Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable skills.
• People leadership exposure and/or understanding.
• Strong understanding of Inclusive Employment Australia or related government programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.

Required skills

• Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments.
• Proven experience in a high‑performance driven environment.
• Demonstrable ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders.
