About the role
KSEC Australia is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join its growing Melbourne team. The role focuses on building relationships, creating opportunities and driving growth across sectors such as security, logistics, construction, events and commercial operations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct outreach through calls, email, networking and LinkedIn
- Arrange meetings and site visits with potential clients
- Prepare proposals and assist with business growth strategies
- Represent KSEC professionally and confidently
Required profile
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivated, proactive and organised
- Experience in business development, sales or client relations preferred
- Confident speaking with businesses and decision‑makers
- Experience in security, facilities or services industry is a bonus
