Business Development Manager

About the role

Scope Business Imaging is seeking two energetic Business Development Managers – one in Perth and one in Bunbury – to drive new business across the SMB and not‑for‑profit sectors. This is a pure new‑business role focused on building relationships, presenting tailored office technology solutions, and converting prospects into long‑term clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage an independent pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers within small‑medium businesses and NFP organisations.
• Present customised print and document‑solution offerings that meet client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and monitor pipeline performance.
• Represent the Scope brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably in technology or document solutions.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
