About the role
As a Business Development Executive you will be the face of our brand across Bundoora, Yea and Diamond Creek. You will ensure our products are visible, available and deliver great customer experiences while uncovering new opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing customers.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure product availability and successful promotions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, opportunities and market intelligence.
Required profile
- Results‑driven with a strong focus on sales and service execution.
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
- Excellent communicator able to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Organised, strategic and confident in planning and prioritising work.
- Problem‑solver who turns challenges into opportunities.
- Resilient, energetic and comfortable with change.
