Boilermakers – Workshop

About the role

Alfabs Engineering is seeking experienced, trade‑qualified Boilermakers to join its high‑performing workshop team. The role involves contributing to a variety of landmark infrastructure, mining, ports and construction projects across Australia.

Required profile

• Trade Qualification as a Boilermaker/Fabricator
• Ability to successfully complete an AS1554.1 Weld Test
• Proven commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship within project timeframes
• Strong collaboration skills with Workshop Managers & Supervisors
• High attention to detail and understanding of quality systems and compliance requirements
• Proactive commitment to safety and continuous improvement
• Ability to pass pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Experience interpreting and working from engineering drawings
• Working at Heights certification (desirable)
