About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ's Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers in the Ellenbrook branch. You will address their end‑to‑end financial needs, provide advice, and promote digital solutions while ensuring compliance and risk awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers to increase satisfaction and advocacy, delivering tailored financial solutions.
• Support bank programs and initiatives, contributing to branch performance targets.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of each customer’s risk profile and ensure compliance with ANZ policies.
• Execute transactions accurately and conduct needs‑based conversations within your accreditation level.

Required profile

• Retail banking experience is an advantage.
