Banking Consultant – Eastgardens

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers at the Eastgardens branch. You will address customers’ end‑to‑end financial needs, provide advice on products and digital solutions, and act as a role model and peer coach within the team.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers to increase satisfaction and advocacy, delivering high‑quality service.
• Conduct needs‑based conversations and promote appropriate financial solutions, including digital channels.
• Support bank programs and initiatives, contributing to overall branch performance.
• Maintain a thorough “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
• Provide coaching and support to colleagues to foster a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus, preferably with retail banking experience.
• Comfortable using and promoting digital banking channels.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team.
• Sound understanding of compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
