About the role
Suncorp Bank is seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused Banking Consultants to join its Contact Centre in Melbourne. The role is full‑time, permanent and operates on a hybrid model, allowing a mix of office and home‑based work. Shifts run evenings and weekends, with coverage required up to 10:00 PM.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers over the phone with a wide range of banking enquiries.
- Provide clear, empathetic, and efficient service to resolve issues.
- Build trust through effective communication and problem‑solving.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service targets.
Required profile
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Available to work evening and weekend shifts as outlined.
- Willing to attend a structured training programme (20 July – 28 August, Monday‑Friday, 8:30 AM‑5:00 PM).
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment.
