Automotive Sales Manager – Moorabbin

About the role

Dutton Automotive is seeking a dynamic Car Sales Manager for its Dutton One retail site in Moorabbin. You will combine personal sales accountability with leadership of a sales team, driving results across a premium pre‑owned vehicle inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve aggressive monthly and annual targets.
• Maintain a structured sales process and ensure exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
• Develop new client relationships through canvassing and expand existing client vehicle portfolios.
• Handle customer concerns while upholding company policies and brand standards.
• Monitor market trends and product knowledge across the second‑hand car sector.

Required profile

• Proven sales leadership experience in general, second‑hand, or prestige automotive sales.
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding conversion and sales targets.
• Customer‑focused attitude with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and committed to total customer satisfaction.
• Current valid driver’s licence.
