Associate Managing Consultant – Deploy Advisory Services

About the role

The Associate Managing Consultant will strengthen and scale Mastercard's Deploy capability. You will support the Deploy leadership team with insight, structure and discipline across quality, resourcing, financials and opportunity management, driving consistent standards and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support Deploy leadership with portfolio‑level insights across quality, resourcing, financial performance and delivery health.
• Help shape and maintain standards, frameworks and governance processes to improve consistency and effectiveness across programs.
• Contribute to scoping, opportunity shaping and revenue diligence activities by preparing analyses and documentation.
• Enable effective decision‑making by providing structured insight, discipline and continuous improvement across the Deploy portfolio.

Required profile

• Analytical and highly organized.
• Motivated to build capability at a practice level.
• Experience in consulting or advisory environments supporting leadership teams.
