About the role

Key responsibilities

• Operate cranes and mobile plant equipment safely.
• Assist with process control and casting of hot metal.
• Perform manual duties that support sustainable aluminium production.
• Work on a 12‑hour shift roster, covering both day and night shifts.

Required profile

• Commitment to personal and team safety.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a strong team.
• Willingness to work in physically demanding, hot, and elevated environments.
