All Round Production Operator – $2,500 Sign‑On Bonus

About the role

MACA is seeking experienced All Round Production Operators to join the team at the Gruyere Gold Mine in Western Australia. The position operates on a 14/7 day‑shift/night‑shift roster and supports the mine’s open‑pit production activities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate assigned heavy‑equipment on a 14/7 roster to meet production targets.
• Maintain equipment in safe working condition and follow all safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient mine operations.
• Adhere to site policies, including driver licensing and police clearance requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an open‑pit production mining environment.
• Ability to work independently and stay highly motivated.
• Current WA driver’s licence.
• Clear National Police Clearance.

Required skills

• Operation of CAT 785C excavator.
• Operation of Komatsu 830E excavator.
• Operation of MT4400 excavator.
• Operation of D10 dozer.
• Operation of 16M grader.
• Operation of WA900 or WA1200 front‑end loader.
