Agile Project Manager - D365, ServiceNow, Databricks, Power BI

About the role

Randstad is recruiting an experienced Agile Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term assignment with a global consultancy practice. The role manages multiple platform deliveries across D365, ServiceNow, Databricks, Power BI and integration, based in Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile, Scrum, Kanban and hybrid delivery models across several simultaneous workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across business, architecture, development, testing and deployment teams.
• Manage application dependencies and mitigate integration risks across interconnected enterprise platforms.
• Sequence releases and ensure environment readiness across all staging levels.
• Track dependencies, maintain backlog hygiene, enforce traceability from requirement to deployment, and oversee Azure DevOps pipelines and release management.

Required profile

• Highly experienced project manager with a proven track record delivering integrated enterprise solutions across Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Databricks and Power BI.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Jira administration.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps oversight (boards, pipelines, release management).
• Project management certification.
