Aged Care Employee - Dalmeny

About the role

IRT Dalmeny is looking for Aged Care Employees to support residents' physical and emotional wellbeing and quality of life through personalised care and empathetic companionship. Two permanent full-time positions are available, working across the week in a 38-hour-per-week capacity with flexibility on all shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living and personal needs such as eating, showering, personal hygiene, dressing, grooming and general mobility
• Help with medication and simple wound dressings
• Support residents' participation in lifestyle and social activities

Required profile

• Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Ageing Support, or equivalent
• Experience in aged or community care, or a passion to start a career in aged care
• Empathetic, adaptable and committed to supporting older Australians
