About the role
The Account Manager will own a portfolio of clients, driving commercial outcomes such as net revenue retention, expansion revenue, and product adoption. Acting as a consultative partner, you will use data, product knowledge, and industry insights to identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and deliver measurable business results.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of 100+ accounts, ensuring retention and revenue growth.
- Drive net revenue retention through upsells, expansions, and churn mitigation.
- Leverage data to prioritize actions and uncover growth opportunities.
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product adoption and client success.
Required profile
- Proven ability to manage a large client portfolio and achieve growth targets.
- Strong consultative selling mindset with a focus on client outcomes.
- Data‑driven approach to prioritize activities and measure success.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
