Warehouse Operator – Full‑time On‑site Role

About the role

We are seeking five full‑time Warehouse Operators to join our client, a global leader in international freight forwarding, at their Sydney (Alexandria) facility. The role involves handling daily warehouse activities, from receiving and sorting to storing and dispatching goods.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
• Sort, store, and pick orders for dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse software.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and compliance.

Required profile

• Experience in inventory management, stocking, and order picking/packing.
• Physical ability to perform manual labour, including lifting and moving materials.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or order‑management software.
• Forklift licence or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or supply‑chain warehouse environments is beneficial.
