Utility All Rounder – Full‑Time (Remote)

About the role

Cater Care is seeking motivated individuals to join its facilities team as Utility All Rounders. The role combines housekeeping, kitchen support and general utility duties to keep sites clean, safe and efficient. It is ideal for candidates looking for a fresh start in the hospitality and facilities services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and clear dining areas during service periods.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure kitchen utensils and surfaces are hygienic.
• Follow legislated food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Prepare and serve texture‑modified meals according to dietary requirements.
• Perform dining‑room duties such as stock replenishment and monitoring food levels.
• Clean guest rooms, en‑suites and communal areas, including waste management, sweeping and mopping.
• Assist team members across departments during peak periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in a utility, housekeeping or kitchen hand role.
• Australian citizen or permanent resident with a valid driver’s licence.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to obtain police clearance and complete a pre‑employment medical assessment.
