Travel Specialist

About the role

As a Travel Specialist you will own the end‑to‑end creation of bespoke travel programmes, from the first client enquiry to the moment they return home. You will design unique itineraries, price them, present proposals to international advisors and bring every detail to life across accommodation, experiences, transfers and flights.

Key responsibilities

• Design thoughtfully routed itineraries and price them into compelling proposals.
• Present customised travel programmes to international travel advisors.
• Manage supplier details, amendments and ensure all programme elements are airtight before departure.
• Monitor upcoming departures, anticipate issues and prepare final client documentation.
• Maintain accurate records across all systems and continuously look for process improvements.
