Supply Chain Planning Lead – S&OP Owner

About the role

Join the Australian team of Campos Coffee as the Supply Chain Planning Lead, where you will bridge the gap between what the business plans to sell and what is actually delivered. You will own the S&OP process, monitor forecasts, stock levels, and performance, and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP cycle covering demand, supply, and inventory planning.
• Build and maintain forecasts across all product categories, tracking accuracy and bias.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on promotions and new product launches.
• Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or excess, and manage purchase orders for products and services.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities using data analysis.
• Act as the primary liaison between commercial teams and operations, supporting inventory, service level, and working capital targets.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Production, and Finance to resolve gaps and improve processes.
• Contribute to a safe, WHS‑compliant workplace.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in supply or demand planning.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP and forecasting processes.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG, preferably coffee or food & beverage.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
