Startup Field Marketing Manager (AUNZ)

About the role

Stripe is looking for a Startup Field Marketing Manager to lead its startup marketing program across Australia and New Zealand. You will leverage Stripe’s brand to increase startup consideration, build vibrant founder communities, and drive pipeline and revenue growth for the Startup segment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute AUNZ startup marketing and community strategies that generate high‑quality leads and revenue.
• Design and deliver thought‑leadership, ecosystem engagement, and demand‑generation programs, including Stripe‑hosted events and partner activations.
• Partner closely with Sales, Startup Partnerships, and cross‑functional teams to identify strategic opportunities and run coordinated initiatives.
• Experiment with new community‑engagement tactics, capture learnings, and scale successful approaches.
• Develop and manage marketing programs with venture‑capital firms, accelerators, and other ecosystem partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field or community‑focused marketing, preferably within startup ecosystems.
• Strong collaboration skills with sales, product, and partnership teams.
• Ability to design and execute multi‑channel campaigns that drive pipeline.
• Comfort with experimenting, measuring, and iterating on marketing tactics.
