S&S Banking Consultant – Runaway Bay

About the role

The S&S Banking Consultant provides a blend of sales and service to customers through face‑to‑face interactions and inbound/outbound calls. You will support everyday banking enquiries, account openings and digital onboarding while promoting the use of Suncorp Bank’s digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer‑obsessed service that drives satisfaction and first‑call resolution.
• Provide accurate information on everyday banking enquiries, account openings and processes via phone or online channels.
• Educate and support customers in using digital banking tools, encouraging self‑service.
• Assist with digital onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for new clients.
• Listen actively, build trust and ask the right questions to exceed expectations and improve NPS.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation and underwriting guidelines.

Required profile

• Experience delivering high‑quality customer experience in a banking or financial services environment.
• Comfortable communicating via phone, online chat and face‑to‑face.
• Ability to balance customer, risk and performance outcomes.
