S&S Banking Consultant – Bundaberg (part‑time)

About the role

The S&S Banking Consultant provides high‑quality sales and service to customers through face‑to‑face interactions and inbound/outbound calls. You will handle everyday banking enquiries, support account openings and guide customers in using digital banking tools.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer‑obsessed service that drives satisfaction and first‑call resolution.
• Provide accurate information on everyday banking enquiries, account openings and related processes via phone or online channels.
• Educate and support customers on digital platforms, encouraging self‑service through online banking features.
• Assist with digital onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for new customers.
• Listen actively, build trust and ask the right questions to exceed expectations and improve NPS outcomes.
• Contribute to a balanced team culture focused on people, customers, risk and performance.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation, FSRA requirements and underwriting guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑quality customer experiences.
• Comfortable using digital channels and tools to support customers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly.
